Review and agree to the terms then tap "Next".

Copy the account number and go to your banking app to transfer the funds.

Once the transfer is complete, take a screenshot of the receipt. Return to the app and select the recharge option for "Bank Account."

Upload the receipt from your album.

You’ll see a confirmation that the recharge was successful and our finance team will process it within 10 minutes.

Click on the “ME” icon in the bottom right corner of the main page.

Select Deposit/Withdraw.

Choose Top Up (bank transfer).

Enter the recharge amount and select the bank account for the transaction. Minimum deposit amount: RM20.

Once you have entered the information, slide down and click Next.

Copy the account number provided. Return to your personal TNG app to transfer funds.

In the TNG app, click Submit. Select DUIT NOW and then choose your Bank Account/E-Wallet.

Click on the recipient‘s bank account. Paste the account number you copied from the platform and enter the bank number.

For the transfer type, select Fund Transfer, then click Next.

Enter the deposit amount. In the transfer instructions, fill in your Personal Game Account ID. Click Confirm Transfer.

Enter your eWallet Account PIN. The system will display a confirmation message. Take a screenshot of the receipt after the deposit is complete.

Return to the app platform. Select Recharge (bank account). Click to upload the receipt (select from your Album).

Once the receipt upload is complete, click Next.

You will see a notification that the recharge was successful. The finance department will process your request within 10 minutes.

Go to the "Withdrawal" section in your dashboard.

Set up a 6-digit PIN for future withdrawals.

Choose your preferred bank account from the list of available options, including:

Make sure to input your account number correctly to avoid delays.

Enter the amount you want to withdraw and make sure it meets the platform requirements.

Double check everything—your bank info and withdrawal amount.

Input your payment password to confirm the withdrawal.

Tap "Submit" to send the withdrawal request.

Once approved you’ll get a notification that your withdrawal is successful.

Click on the “ME” icon located in the bottom right corner of the main page.

Select Bank Account..

Click on Add Bank Account.

Choose Account Name and select Personal Withdrawal Account.

Fill in your Account Name and Bank Account Number. Select Personal Withdrawal Account, then click Next.

Input your Transaction PIN. (This is the 6-digit trading password you set when registering your account.

Your Bank Account Addition is now complete. Please note: For the safety of customer funds, withdrawals must be made in accordance with the name of the deposit account to avoid the risk of fraud.

Click on the “ME” icon located in the bottom right corner of the main page.

Select Currency Exchange.

Click on Add Bank Account.

Enter the Exchange Amount. Click on the Exchange Rate and then click Confirm.

Your exchange is successful! Click to change the country and enjoy the game.

To convert THB back to MYR, please go to the Convert option in the Thai version.
To convert MYR back to THB, please go to the Malaysia version.

Click on Real Name Verification.

Click on your Account Name and Personal Bank Name.
Notice: If your account name is not yet bound, please go to Bank Account to add a bank account and confirm it.
